Yes, as you may have guessed from my headline, I'm a bit of a romantic deep down. I'm very easy going and love socialising, but I also love getting away from civilization sometimes-I love going for a walk by myself in the woods near my house where I can just listen to rainfall and not hear anything else.
I love humour; usually leaning more towards satire or dry humour, although you wouldn't always think so from some of my bad jokes!
Music is very much a part of me as well; I listen to a varied amount including rock, metal, jazz and classical, and I was also a singer in a rock band for a year or so. I'm learning the guitar, slowly but surely, but slowly seems to be winning at the moment!
With both books and fillms I prefer horror or comedy, but the odd love film does creep it's way into my DVD's, along with some thrillers. With books, I enjoy almost any kind of book, except for the modern 'biographies' they keep throwing out in bookstores at the moment.
I can say some quite random things and come across as quite direct to my friends, but I enjoy thinking of things that either no-one else has, or no-one else has bothered to say. I'm something of a marmite person, you either love me or you don't!
