- Jeg vil beskrive meg selv som Once upon a time there was a girl with a golden heart. I have my MBA from OSU and my BA from ISU. I live to train and race IRONMAN triathlons. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Triathlon Coach. I am overflowing with sweetness, tenderness, gentleness, kindness, and passion. I look for the good in everyone and everything. Some will say that I watch too many sports and too much ESPN. My teams are Iowa State, St. Louis Cardinals, Spurs, and Vikings. LuLu
