I'm looking for a fellow traveler: to explore far and wide in this world, while perpetually seeking spiritual insight, as well as opportunities to make a contribution. This is the "Legacy" phase of life and I want to go and give with gusto!
I have enjoyed traveling and living abroad and have an endless list of places to visit. Life's adventures intrigue and fascinate me and I would enjoy having someone with whom to share the laughter, fun, experiences ...
I am blessed with a wide range of extended family and friends, and am always delighted to extend that circle. I prefer to give shared experiences as gifts to those I love (e.g., a Christmas "girls' weekend" in New York City for kids and grandkids, a trip abroad for the niece who graduates college, and, soon perhaps, skydiving with my grandson).
I'm as comfortable in a formal as in jeans, am a pretty good cook (able to be head or sous chef) and love entertaining, whether a planned gala or a spontaneous gathering.
I most easily refurbish my soul at the beach or in front of a cozy fireplace. And I'm a hopeless romantic, but blessedly not needy! I am not a shrinking violet and would enjoy meeting someone as strong as or stronger than I am. I am a very multi-faceted person and enjoy life and whatever I'm doing at the time. The outdoors are fascinating (especially the beach and the mountains, moving water and fireplaces magically sooth my soul). I also love going to the theater, dining out (especially at places yet to be "discovered"), cooking, entertaining, enjoying family and friends, cuddling while reading a good book..
But all those things are even more fun when shared with someone most special ...
