I Would Describe Myself As A one a million Lady with a one in a million Heart. I am a very caring loyal & passionate lady & very romantic. I love to weight train & compete in Figure competitions. I love to dance & sing. I love Cooking & I am a fantastic cook :) I love healthy but tasty food. I love the sun & the rain on a warm day. Love open fires & walks on the beach. I have 3 grown up children all very independent. I am a Personal Trainer but have many other qualifications. I enjoy making plans & having goals . I love a challenge & like to take risks ( not dangerous ones though) :) I love travelling & listening to music.. The simple things in life make me happy like a supportive loving man to curl up with on a winters evening or a short stroll on an empty beach.
