In a big picture-travel to the new place(hopefully-with my better half who will also like it): during the first and all odd days touring, seeing new interesting things, and meeting people there, trying to understand local culture and life style(on the other and all even day/s will do what my better half prefers :-) ); during the late afternoon-early night go to dance TANGO there, enjoy nice theater/music performance or just simple sit together outside, in the nice local cafe/restaurant.
