Ik beschrijf mezelf als: Hi There..Yes, my write up is a tad long but if you take the time to read it, you will have an accurate picture of who I am and what I want.
Sooo….here goes!

First to tell you a bit about myself.. I have a positive outlook on things and don’t stress over things that are not within my control. I am caring, compassionate, non-judgemental and honest. I believe everyone has positive attributes and try to see the best in all. Probably the most difficult thing I did in my life was college..but it paid off in the end as I have a great job that I love going to…been at my same job 27 years now. I work fulltime, and I work shift work ..but I work to live, not live to work. I recently purchased a house and right now my passion is doing some upgrades/renovations…which I try to do most of on my own. I have a great sense of humour, am quite witty and enjoy having fun, I’ll try new things, no problem…I’m versatile. I would say my personality compliments my look…I have a bubbly personality, am personable and easy to talk to. I’m told often, I don’t look my age and I know I sure don’t feel it. I’m definitely not a couch potato..I’m rarely on the couch lol. I am the Mom of 2 adult sons, who are on their own and doing well. I can rough it in the bush or I can dress up to go to a Christmas dance. I love dressing up in a costume and going out and having fun at Halloween.
Now…what am I looking for?? : A guy who can accept my independence and does not feel we need to be together every waking moment of the day. I had to adapt to being alone and have learned it’s not all that bad and I quite like my “ME” time. That is not to say I wouldn’t like some one around, or someone to just pop by for a coffee whenever they want to. I want someone who is true to their expression of being honest. I want someone who is true to his word, who treats me respectfully and thinks about how his actions could impact on me. I’d like someone who likes to go out some… the movies, bowling, coffee by the lake, .. anything. Having evenings at home is good too. I believe a successful relationship means, having common, as well as different interests, communication is the key. I also believe that if there is a connection on some level, to give a fair chance should mean leaving the datesite…another profile can always be made. I’m not looking for a marriage proposal..just some level of commitment if things feel right. I never say never tho. I do prefer men a bit younger than me…but that is not a carved in stone criteria. I’m a genuine woman and fun to be with!
